Fair Trade Books

I’ve learned a lot about Fair Trade from reading – and there are some great books out there. Click here for a selection of Fair Trade books

My wife and I have just got The Fairtrade Everyday Cookbook and it’s proving to be an interesting read. Beautifully put together, it has recipes by a variety of chefs such as Hugh Fearnley-Whittinghshall, Anthony Worrall Thompson, Ruth Rogers, Rose Gray and others. The first recipe to grab my wife’s attention was the Hot Dark Chocolate Fondant, but then she is a chocoholic! There are lots and lots of recipes and the illustrious are full page, mouth watering affairs. See more details and more reviews here….
